1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
6 T. milk
1 tsp. Blue Cattle Truck Mexican Vanilla
Cook and stir sugar, cinnamon, and milk over medium-high heat until mixture reaches a softball stage, 235˚. Add Blue Cattle Truck Mexican Vanilla. Pour over 3 cups of pecans or your favorite dry nuts.
